Reporting to Shift Leader Paint Shop, this challenging position will be responsible to direct and coordinate manufacturing activities in Paint Shop Production. The incumbent has responsibility to successfully plan, coordinate and implement production decision, supervise team members and team leaders in a safe work environment. Train team members to build the highest quality unit and maintain a pro-active work environment.

    
       
 

General Requirements:

1.     Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering Field (preferable Chemical Engineering).
2.     Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industries with minimum 3 years of experience in Paint Production in Supervisor Level.
3.     Have Engineering skill of production with Paint Shop.
4.     Have knowledge of Production System implementation and application.
5.     Have knowledge of quality control process/manufacturing process and management system that relate to productions operations.
6.     Language : Proficiency in local language along with English- written, spoken and comprehension is important .
7.     Have a high understanding of safety procedures in the workplace Paint Shop.
8.     Ability to manage and direct the continues improvement activities.
9.     Must have an analytical approach to problem solving, Empower team members to perform and monitor work, Strong Leadership and Mature, Able to work under pressure and overtime.

Reporting to Supplier Quality Manager in Global Purchasing Supply Chain Department, this challenging position will be responsible for developing reliable suppliers by assessing supplier capabilities and providing performance improvement methods. Applies advanced knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes to guide the improvement of supplier performance in quality, service, and price.

    
       
 

General Requirements:

1.     Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
2.     Minimum 5 years of experience on developing / manufacturing for automotive components in local industry
3.     Hands on experience on some of automotive components like Injection Molding / Stamping / Painting and Automotive Manufacturing process
4.     Knowledge on Measuring Instruments, Die design , Mould Flow Analysis & Fixturing will be added advantage
5.     Advance knowledge of manufacturing processes in specific field should be mentioned in the profile
6.     Familiarity with TS16949 & Quality Systems
7.     Experience on new product development ( APQP , PPAP , FMEA , Control Plan , SPC ) & Program Management
8.     Manage suppliers progress for the parts quality improvement & on time delivery
9.     Conversant with various Problem Solving Tools
10.     Good Communication skill & ability to work in cross cultural environment.
11.     Language : Proficiency in local language along with English- written, spoken and comprehension is mandatory
